I just reached in my purse and got a handful of change, pretty stones and an old fortune that said “you are never selfish with your advice or your help”. I gave Emily change to get 2 sodas and she came back with 3. I took a moment to check facebook and Megan had posted this video. What a beautiful afternoon this is shaping up to be.

What is Kundalini?
Kundalini is an energetic snake laying coiled at the base of your spine with her tail in her mouth. I always thought of this as representing the never ending cycle of ignorance. She wakes by actions a person can take to align themselves. When you fully engage in your practices, it’s completely possible to awaken Kundalini. When she wakes she shoots up your spine traveling from root to crown. Kundalini can rise many times through out your spiritual life or for some, none at all. But when her rising becomes a normal occurrence it tends to make life feel just that much more sacred.
All that being said, I sometimes experience Kundalini rising at odd times. Recently, she rose in me while I was shopping for a party dress. I suggest not to note the moment Kundalini rose as a place marker for your life. I suggest to look back over the day, week, month or however long you feel is appropriate because it’s likely that you will find the pranic practices you should note in your recent past instead of your recent minutes.
